Latest Status of Our Projects
Our project, which we started in order to keep the real estate titles as NFT and to be able to trade, has passed one of the biggest milestones. The past few months have been full of hard work and contacts. So far, we have completed principle agreements with 4 big investors and we have started working on the next stage, the sale of the first title deed as NFT.
For the first title deed to be sold, our company has received the title deed of its first real estate. Our work on our software infrastructure is progressing at full speed. The backend work of our payment infrastructure software, which is required for easy trading on multiple chains, is almost completed.
This software we have written will be made available not only to us, but also to other companies and users. We have made various agreements for this system to be used by many companies as of the day it was opened, in which the commissions and fees to be paid in payment transactions will be received with UBXS.
In addition to the payment infrastructure, another team of ours started to write the infrastructure of the shopping system necessary for the buying and selling of real estate. This system will be a much more advanced and metaverse ready system than all other real estate listing sites currently on the market.

We will be launching our ads for UBXS very soon. We're also working on keeping people in from ads with a new staking program. Thanks to our staking program, you will have the chance to earn passive income as UBXS, and it will also have a positive impact for new investors.
We have made agreements with various Twitch streamers for our Palm Island game and we are in talks with others. We are starting a long-term advertising work by organizing a tournament between publishers there. We will ask the Island owners to open the games to be opened here. We started negotiations with various NFT stores within our Future Museum project. When we make an agreement with any store, we will reserve the NFTs in the entrance area for that store and rent the rooms inside with UBXS. Lessors will be able to list their NFTs in their rooms as they wish.
We are aware that we have not been very interested in the group since we have been very interested in the Real Estate project in the last few months, but we focused on our work because we thought that you, our valuable investors, would prefer to work on the project they invested in instead of spending time in the group.
