First of all, I would like to provide a brief update on our auspicious first conversion. As you know, we successfully acquired a park area in France and completed its NFT transformation. Originally, our plan was to deploy the contract for this NFT today and initiate its sale on OpenSea, commencing a global marketing campaign. However, due to the problematic internet connection at the conference venue, we decided that executing such a sensitive transaction there could potentially lead to unwanted complications. Therefore, we made the decision not to proceed with the conversion at the venue today. Considering the international time difference and the marketing efforts associated with this conversion, we have decided to conduct it tomorrow afternoon. As you all can understand, without taking into account the necessary marketing activities for such a transformation, we wouldn't be able to maximize its benefits. We would like to express our gratitude to our valuable UBXS and BXS investors who were present with us, as well as our dedicated team members at the venue. We have established valuable connections and have caught the attention of major investors and projects from all around the world.
